Excellence in Customer Service

Momentum Services Limited is the catering company providing customer service on the high speed trains linking London to the rest of Europe.

Our goal is to improve our performance continuously, delight our customers by exceeding their expectations and promote the growth of our company.
To meet these goals we have a management system in place that complies with all relevant legal requirements and the requirements of:

  • ISO 9001 : 2015 – Quality Management System

  • ISO 14001 : 2015 – Environmental Management System

  • ISO 22000 : 2005 – Food Safety Management System

  • achieved 3 star SRA (Sustainable Restaurant Association) out of a maximum of 3 stars

We are an employer voluntarily choosing to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. It involves: 

  • the levels of gender equality in our workplace

  • the balance of male and female employees at different levels

  • How effectively talent is being maximised and rewarded.

  • The challenge in our organisation and across Great Britain is to eliminate any gender pay gap. 

  • 50% of employees have worked at MSL for 10 years and of those 10% have worked here for 20 years
