Who we are

For over 25 years, we have been taking care of Eurostar travellers on board, in lounges and at stations. Now spread across 4 countries, we are bringing a local feel to an international industry.

Small but perfectly formed, we’re here to fuel our teams’ passion for hospitality giving them the means to welcome and look after our customers.

How we work

Business

Yoga

In hospitality, surprises come with the territory and we’re here to take problems off our clients’ hands. We are an agile team, ready to bend and twist into shape, anytime, anywhere.

Our procedures comply with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards. Every year, audits confirm our commitment to ensuring food safety, risk management, and customer satisfaction.

Heartfelt

service

Sincerity is at the core of all we do, shaping everything from leadership decisions to our daily interactions.

For us, hospitality begins within our teams. We are committed to creating an environment where our colleagues can flourish, express their personalities, showcase their talents, and demonstrate their professionalism. Our organisation prioritises thoughtful recruitment, supportive management, personalised coaching, and regular training. No matter how challenging operations become, we always lead with a heartfelt approach!

Doing good and

aiming for better

Our goal is simple: to make a meaningful difference in our communities and the environment. Our initiatives may vary, but their impact never does.

We are ISO 14001 certified for environmental management and have implemented strong initiatives, such as launching the first commercial train without single-use plastic in 2019. We obtained GEEIS Level 2 certification in 2024 for our concrete actions in favour of equality and diversity. In the same year, we joined the United Nations Global Compact, a voluntary initiative to develop, implement and demonstrate responsible business practices.
