Momentum has successfully renewed its EcoVadis Silver Medal in 2026, achieving a higher overall score compared to last year and placing us in the top 15% of all companies evaluated in 2025.
This improved performance reflects the continued strengthening of our sustainability approach, with our management systems now assessed as “advanced” by the EcoVadis Academy.
The 2026 assessment highlights Momentum’s strong results across key pillars, including Environment, Social & Human Rights, and Ethics. These results recognise the consistent efforts made across the organisation to embed sustainability into our daily operations and long-term decision-making.
Key initiatives supporting this progress include:
Collaborative CSR initiatives – Translating engagement survey insights into concrete actions to enhance wellbeing and inclusion at work.
Dialogue & transparency – Launch of a direct communication platform enabling open exchanges between employees and the Senior Management Team.
Enhanced annual training programmes – Introduction of new modules on resilience, psychosocial risk prevention, and allergen management from January 2026.
Stronger support for teams – A formal commitment to a 24-hour management follow-up after any reported incident, including aggression or harassment.
Passenger safety & food integrity – Deployment of an allergen awareness campaign for our employees onboard, supported by dedicated training to ensure the highest food safety standards.
François Melin, Acting Managing Director, Momentum Services:
“I am very pleased that Momentum has maintained its EcoVadis Silver Medal this year. Having witnessed first-hand the hard work and commitment this represents for the teams involved, this result is a real acknowledgement of our sustainability efforts. It confirms that we are moving in the right direction and continuing to raise our standards.”
Beyond the recognition itself, EcoVadis provides a clear roadmap for continuous improvement. We will continue to build on this assessment to identify opportunities to further strengthen our practices and enhance our impact across environmental, social and ethical dimensions, as we progress on our sustainability journey.
