Momentum achieves 99/100 on France's Professional Equality Index

Momentum Services (MSL) is proud to announce the results of its professional equality index for its Paris office for the year 2026, calculated based on 2025 data, in accordance with the provisions of Article D.1142-5 of the French Labour Code.

For the third year in a row, we are pleased to share an outstanding overall score of 99/100, reflecting our strong commitment to professional equality.

Details of the indicators are as follows:

• Pay gap: 39/40

• Promotion gap: 35/35

• Return from maternity leave: 15/15

• Parity among the highest earners: 10/10
