Y O U R  C A R E E R

Momentum Services Limited recognises that the success of the business is dependent on the provision of adequately trained employees, at all levels of the organisation. The company believes in the potential of people to grow and wants to invest in them.

 

Many programmes are available for colleagues to develop their skills. Many options are available for you to enhance your skills and competencies. 

 

During your employment with Momentum you will have regular performances reviews, 18 months period appraisal with your manager and feedbacks and assessments by your on board line managers. Mentoring is also available depending on managers’ availability and your commitment in your self-development. 

 

We are working closely with Sussex downs College and have implemented NVQ and Apprenticeship programs. 

LOUNGE STAFF

​

Various contracts from full time to 28 hours or 7 hours.

 

Salary:

£8.40 hourly,  £15,288 annually + meal / train allowances  

Eurostar concession tickets for yourself and friends/family.

 

Hours

35 hours per week - 25 days holiday entitlement including bank holidays pro-rata

Taxi allowances

Shoe / high street vouchers.

 

Profile: 

Enthusiastic and bubbly personality

Hands on with a ‘’can do’’ attitude, ability to use initiatives

Ability to work in a team environment 

Communicates well with others

Experience in customer service in direct contact with the public or luxury hotel, high quality restaurants or airlines background.

 

Compulsary requirements to aply:

Very good conversational level in French and English (you will be assessed) Dutch is an asset

Holder of an EU (EEA*) passport / Valid Schengen visa / UK right to work

You must be 18 or above

ON BOARD CREW​

​

Salary:

£18,734 annualy + meal / train allowances  

Eurostar concession tickets for yourself and friends/family.

Taxi allowances

Shoe / high street vouchers.

 

Hours: 

35 hours per week - 28 days holiday entitlement including bank holidays pro-rata

 

Profile:

Outgoing personality, putting others easily at ease by being approachable. 

Passion for service and caring for others, 

Ability to work under pressure and to provide extra flexibility concerning rosters, disruptions or passengers’ queries. 

 

Compulsory requirements to apply:

Experience in customer service in direct contact with the public / luxury hotel, high quality restaurants or airlines background.

Very good conversational level in French and English (you will be assessed)

Holder of an EU (EEA*) passport / Valid Schengen visa / UK right to work 

18 years old or above

1 full year of references from previous employers

PLATFORM ASSISTANT​

Salary: 

 

£14.960 before probation / £15.379 after probation  

 

Hours: 35 hours per week- 28 days holiday entitlement including bank holidays pro-rata

 

Meal allowances, 6£

Taxi allowances

 

Shoe / high street vouchers

 

Compulsory requirements to apply:

Experience in customer service in direct contact with the public 

Good level of French and English language. (you will be assessed)
