Ensure the satisfaction of the passengers
To carry out On Board service procedures
To assist with the evacuation of the train if so directed by the Train Manager
To carry out all financial aspects of their job

Experience within the Catering/Hospitality industry, both practical and theoretical knowledge
Strong conversational Dutch or French and English

As a Momentum Services Platform Assistant you will also engage with customers and be an ambassador for the company by being friendly, warm to our guests, and making their journey an unforgettable experience.

The position involves:
• Daily cleaning of all WMF coffee machines prior to on board team arrival.
• Supporting on-board teams in the train service preparation
• Welcoming and greeting passengers during boarding
• Being knowledgeable on the armoires and equipment on board for rapidity checks
• Being able to work autonomously in a fast pace environment including during disruptions
• Being able to submit clear and explanatory feedback in relation to the above duties
• Being flexible in terms of schedule and rota in line with train departures

Specifications for the position:
